Company «CKC» is manufacturer of piston compressor plants on base 2П, 5П, 7П, М2,5, М4, М10, V – type, W - type and spare parts for them.
Piston compressor plants are produced according with technical requirements TY №3643-002-91149601-2014.
Piston compressor plants of СКС series are certified according to Technical regulations of Customs TP TC 010/2011 «About safety of machines and equipment», declaration of conformity TC № RU Д-RU.АУ14.В.05400.
Piston compressors of СКС series are used for compression of air, nitrogen, oxygen, natural gas and etc.

Features of compressor:

1. 3GV – compressors without greasing of cylinders and gaskets – this vertical type was designed for separating of motion mechanisms (air and oil mist) and cylinders with gaskets (gas medium).

2. Advantages of vertical type – compactness and balance (different forces are in balance).

3. Direct drive motor-compressor provides maximal performance. (there are no skives and belts)

4. Water cooling: compact and effective

Nowadays vertical base is the best decision for piston compressors with no greasing of cylinders and glands.

Compressors CKC on vertical base have excellent separation of motion mechanisms and cylinders and gaskets. It guaranteed penetration of oil from crankcase to cylinders thanks for vertical arrangement of pushing device of cylinder and excellent system of oil scrapping «Double Clean».

For sealing of pistons and stocks of all stages we use sealing constructions from special material BARS 502 or BARS 504 (504 – designed especially for dry gases).

 

Valves:

Main reason of unplanned repairs of gas compressors (for nitrogen) – is self-acting valves. Company «CKC» uses best technologies and knowledge for providing of reliable operation of compressors.

Suction valves of plate type (BTT) and discharge valves of plate type (HTT) – is reliable operation for all types of piston compressors. These valves are used in wide diapason of working parameters for even gas process: temperature up to 200°С, pressure up to 45 MPa, pressure difference – up to 10 MPa, resource – up to 40 000 hours..

High efficiency of valve is designed in its construction.

Construction of valve establishes new standards for reliability, service life, efficiency and cost.
Valves seats and lift limiters are produced from stainless steel 40x13 according to technical standard GOST 5632-72.
Springs are produced from spring wire with galvanic (anticorrosion) coat.
New revolution system of size and position of holes is used in valve. So, squares of valve seat and lift limiter are balanced. Because of individual operation of every element such construction automatically reacts on geterogeneity of gas streams.
It allows to reduce wear and tear, increase flow capacity and reduce pressure dissipations. Closing devices of valves are produced from high-strength thermoplastic.It allows to set up them on compressors, which compressed low-purity and coking gases.
Contact surface of closing devices are quickly runs-in to valve seat and provides tightness of valve.

Geometry of closing element.

Usually main reasons of valve elements failure are cycled flexing and stretching efforts. Analysis of this process shows main part of element has compressing efforts when pressure different is big. Rest flexing and stretching efforts is 1/25 part of permissible value. So, the main reason of failure is removed.

More cheap in exploitation.

You need less spare parts on your stock because in this type of valve used only several low standard elements. These spare parts is always on our stock. In many cases it’s better to replace old valves on your compressor on this type instead of constant replacing of expensive spare parts (which used in other types of valves).
